SUMMARY

When you send a meeting request with Outlook 2001 for Mac to an Internet recipient, the recipient may not be able to see certain information that is contained in the sent meeting request.

Outlook 2001 for Mac does not send out complete meeting request to an Internet recipient. The following list contains the fields that are most notably missing from the meeting request:
  • Location
  • Start time
  • End time
If you want these fields to be seen in a meeting request for non Microsoft Exchange Server recipients, add the missing information to the body of the meeting request.
