SYMPTOMS

On eMbedded Visual Basic (eVB) 3.0 application forms that contain controls with the default value set to true, the click event for the control may fire twice when the ENTER key is pressed.

RESOLUTION

A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that this article describes. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.
