[Cancel] [Skip this Field]
MORE INFORMATION
This error message indicates that there are fields in the imported .csv file that do not match the internal fields that Outlook 2001 for Mac uses. The error message appears once for every field as they are encountered. If you click Skip this Field, it allows the import process to proceed and ignores any date in that field. If you click Cancel, the import process stops.
Outlook 2001 for Mac uses the fields listed in the following table to organize contact information. You may want to modify the .csv file in order to match the Outlook 2001 for Mac fields. This process is known as field mapping. You can open your .csv file in Microsoft Excel for the Macintosh and edit the header row to manually map any applicable fields.
