SYMPTOMS

When you start Internet Explorer 6, and the Media bar is already open, the Media bar may be transparent.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, wait until the browser has completely loaded. The appearance of the Media bar changes from transparent to non-transparent after the browser is loaded.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
