Restricted User Cannot Use Any Access Wizards on Access Table Fields (298290)

When you use Microsoft Access 97 on a Windows 2000-based computer and you are logged on to the computer with a Restricted user account, you cannot use some of the Access 97 wizards (for example, you cannot use the Input Mask Wizard) on the table fields, and you may receive the following error message:
This feature isn't installed. To install this feature, rerun the Microsoft Access or Microsoft Office Setup program, click Add/Remove, and then click the Advanced Wizards check box.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because Microsoft Access 97 does not run in a Restricted account.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, use one of the following steps:
- Use an account that has administrative privileges
-or- - Upgrade Access 97 to Microsoft Access 2002.
STATUSThis behavior is by design.
