CAUSE
This behavior occurs because Exchange Server is out of licenses in License Manager and is therefore restricting the amount of RPC-connected clients to the server, which in turn is causing the RPC connection from the Exchange Server Data Provider to time out.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, either increase or add licenses to Exchange Server by using the Licensing tool in Control Panel.
STATUSThis behavior is by design.
