XADM: Move Mailbox Not Supported When You Use Credentials in the Call to "ADsOpenObject()" (297953)

When you move a mailbox programmatically in Exchange 2000 by using Cdoexm.dll, the move mailbox procedure may not work if you use credentials in the call to ADsOpenObject() instead of passing a NULL user name and password.
MORE INFORMATION
A call to ADsOpenObject() must be made with a NULL user name and password. If you pass a user name and password to ADsOpenObject(), the move mailbox procedure does not work.
Microsoft will not fix this issue as a hotfix and it will not be considered for our next release.
