In the following scenario
- You are using Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA) on a computer that is running Microsoft Windows 2000.
- The locale is set to Spanish (Spain).
- The sort order is Traditional.
- You use OWA to open the Exchange 2000 administrator's mailbox.
if you click one of the messages in the mailbox, and then click Move/Copy, you may receive the following error message:
A Runtime Error has occurred.

RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, install the latest version of Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC). To install the latest version of MDAC, visit the following Microsoft Web site:
