The Description Column in the "All Computers" and "All Agents" View May Be Blank (296008)

When you view All Computers or All Agents under Default views, a column that is labeled "Description" is displayed, but this column may not contain any data. This extra column may be displayed in both the Microsoft Management Console (MMC) snap-in and the WebConsole.
CAUSE
This problem can occur because information has not been currently imported into this column. By default, this column is displayed blank.
WORKAROUND
You cannot import data to this column. Therefore, to work around this problem, you can remove the column but only from the MMC snap-in. However, if you perform that task, you can only affect the MMC snap-in view. The WebConsole view remains the same and you cannot remove the "Description" column from the WebConsole view.
To remove the "Description" column from the MMC snap-in:
- In the MMC snap-in, click View, and then click Columns.
- Click the Description field that is in the Displayed Columns list, and then click Remove.
- Close the Modify Columns window.
NOTE: This procedure must be used for both "All Computers" and "All Agents".
