PUB2002: "Clip Art Not Available ... Press F1 Now" Message Results in Empty Help Pane (294917)

SYMPTOMS

If you install the Clip Organizer as Install on first use, and then you try to insert a clip into your publication, you may receive the following Setup message:

Microsoft Publisher can't display Clip Art. This feature is not currently installed. Would you like to install it now?

If you click No, you receive the following Setup message:

Clip Art Not Available. The Clip Gallery is not installed. Run Setup again to install the Clip Gallery. For more information on running Setup, press F1 now.

When you press F1, an empty Help pane appears. No Help topics are displayed.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
