SYMPTOMS

When you use a Windows 2000-based computer, you may receive the following error message on a blue screen while Windows processes a loop back packet:
Stop 0x0000001E (80000003, 80453d46, 00000000, ffb998a4)
Note that the parameters in this error message may vary.

RESOLUTION
