SYMPTOMS

If you click the Always Send to This Recipient option in Rich Text Format (RTF) in Outlook 2001 for Mac, the option is not retained when you save and re-open the address properties of a contact.

MORE INFORMATION

Although this option is not retained in the address setting of the contact, Outlook only sends messages in RTF. You cannot send messages by using another format.
