PUB2002: "What's This?" Is Missing from the Help Menu (293505)

SYMPTOMS

When you click the Help menu, the What's This? command is not listed. This is different than other Microsoft Office XP applications.

CAUSE

This feature was removed from Publisher 2002.

WORKAROUND

You can activate the What's This? feature on a per object basis by right-clicking an object.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.

MORE INFORMATION

The What's This feature is not available for all object or screen elements within Publisher, and Help topics are not available for all objects that display the What's This? button.
