OL2002: Meeting Attendees Cannot Propose a Different Meeting Time (293060)

SYMPTOMS

When users receive a meeting request, they are unable to propose a different time for the meeting.

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, turn on the Allow attendees to propose new times for meetings you organize option:
  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. In the Options dialog box, click Calendar Options.
  3. Click to select the Allow attendees to propose new times for meetings you organize check box.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
