When you first start Outlook 2002 after an upgrade, existing reminders from the previous version do not appear in the Calendar.
WORKAROUND
To work around this behavior, quit and then restart Outlook. This behavior occurs only when Outlook 2002 is first started after an upgrade.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
