OL2002: Scrolling Mouse Does Not Work in Contacts List (293008)

SYMPTOMS
When you use the wheel on a scrolling mouse to move around within the Contacts list in Outlook 2002, the list of names does not scroll up and down.
WORKAROUND
To work around this behavior, use the scroll arrows to move through the entries in the Contacts list.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
