OL2002: The Chilton Preview Add-in Does Not Work with Outlook 2002 (291499)

SYMPTOMS

The Chilton Preview is an Outlook add-in that provides an alternative preview pane. According to the Readme.txt file, it was designed to work with Microsoft Outlook 97, Microsoft 98, and it also works with Microsoft Outlook 2000. However, the Chilton Preview add-in does not work with Outlook 2002. The add-in appears to install correctly; it shows up on the toolbar, in the View menu, and as a Chilton Preview tab in the Options dialog box on the Tools menu, but the preview pane does not appear.
