If you use Microsoft Word as your e-mail editor, you receive only one suggestion in the body of a message when you use a name from your Contact list that is not unique in the nickname cache.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because the name is not unique.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, type enough of the name until a unique match is found in the Contact list.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
