SYMPTOMS
When you connect a Universal Serial Bus (USB) Microsoft Windows CE-based device to a computer that is running Microsoft Windows 2000, the computer may halt with a "Bugcheck code 0000000A" error message on a blue screen. If you restart your computer and try to reattach the device, the error message occurs again.
This error message occurs only on computers that are using the Microsoft Wceusbsh.sys driver and ActiveSync 3.1 to synchronize a Windows CE-based device with the host computer. This problem has been noticed on legacy-free computers only (computers with no COM ports or motherboard ISA bus slots).
The error code may be similar to:

Not all of the parameter values will be the same on all computers. Additionally, it would be unusual to see Wceusbsh.sys in the call stack. The fault should occur after (above, in the stack) the
ExpScanGeneralLookasideList function.
