Lotus cc:Mail Migration Directory Toolkit Utilities

  • DirPop:
This Exchange Server Event Script uses Active Directory Service Interfaces (ADSI) to update a user's Exchange Server directory entry from data submitted on an e-form.
  • QuickDL:
This utility quickly creates an Exchange Server distribution list (through ADSI) to hold all users on an Exchange Server computer in the site that is running cc:Mail and Microsoft Mail Post Office.
  • ML2DL:
This in-place conversion utility takes cc:Mail mailing lists and converts them to Exchange Server distribution lists (using ADSI).
  • PMLExtr:
This utility extracts user's cc:Mail private mailing lists into common format files that are ready for import.
  • PML2PDL:
This user-driven utility takes an output file from PMLExtr and migrates the data to the Outlook personal address book (PAB) or Contacts folder using Collaboration Data Objects (CDO).
  • CC8Priv:
This utility extracts private directory information from a client using cc:Mail Release 8.x, and then migrates the data to Outlook.
  • PRIVDIRU:
This user-driven utility performs a direct conversion of the cc:Mail Private Directory file, Privdir.ini, to Outlook Contacts. This version of the utility uses the Outlook object model to convert the Privdir.ini data directly to the Contacts folder, and by-passes the file import stage.
For more detailed information about the utilities that are included with this toolkit, refer to the documentation that is included with the cc:Mail Directory Migration toolkit.
