FIX: Access Violation When You Use Object Pooling in a COM+ Server Application (290503)

When a COM+ component that is configured as a server component uses object pooling from Component Services, it may cause an access violation that forces its Dllhost.exe host process to end. Subsequent calls to instantiate the pooled object return CLASS_E_CLASSNOTAVAILABLE.
