Meaning: Application Center could not generate the cluster controller synchronized resources (IHAVE) list. This list is compared with the cluster member resources list to determine what synchronization is needed.
Effect: Synchronization on the cluster cannot continue until this problem is fixed.
Possible Causes and SolutionsNetwork failure: A network failure ended the connection between the controller and the cluster member.
Hardware failure: A hardware failure has occurred, such as a disk or network adapter failure.
WMI restarted: Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) was restarted. Information derived from WMI was lost.
File lock held: The cluster member has a lock on a file needed by the synchronization process.
No permissions: The access permissions have been changed on the file or object.
