SYMPTOMS

Outlook 2001 for Mac does not have the AutoArchive function available to archive items of a certain size or date.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, use one of the following methods to reduce the number and size of appointments and meetings from the Microsoft Exchange Server Calendar:
  • Use the AutoArchive feature in a computer that is running Outlook in Microsoft Windows.
  • Create a personal folders (.pst) file, and then manually move the items to a Calendar folder in the (.pst) file.
  • Delete past and unwanted items from your calendar.
