SUMMARY

The Microsoft Electronic Forms Designer Runtime update allows you to use forms in Outlook 2002 that were originally created with Microsoft Electronic Forms Designer. If you use Microsoft Exchange Server to send and receive messages and use forms that were created in Electronic Forms Designer, you need to install this update.

When you try to open a form designed with the "Electronic Forms Designer Runtime" in Microsoft Outlook, you may receive the following error messages, depending on the version of Microsoft Windows you are using.
