BUG: Invalid Information Is Displayed in ICSA Web Administrator (288248)

SYMPTOMS

Invalid information may be displayed in the Mailbox Status section in Internet Cellular Smart Access (ICSA) Web Administrator (IWA). For example, if you have five read messages in your mailbox and no unread messages, IWA may report that you have more unread messages than the total amount of messages in the mailbox.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in ICSA 3.5, 2000 Server.

MORE INFORMATION

This problem occurs sporadically; it does not occur every time that you use IWA.
