'Access the Internet' Is Unavailable in the SBS Console User Access Wizard (288063)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to select Access the Internet in the User Access Wizard, you may find that the command is unavailable (dimmed).

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, reinstall the SBS Console.
