OL2002: Quicktip Window Stays Open After You Close a Contact (287897)

When you open a Quicktip window for an item in any of the drop-down menus in a contact in Outlook 2002, closing the contact does not close the Quicktip window. You have to click the Quicktip window to close it.

In some cases, if you click Save and Close the Quicktip window closes, but you have to click Save and Close again to close the contact. However, if you click the "X" (without quotation marks) in the upper-right corner of the contact item, both the Quicktip window and the contact close at the same time.
