OL2002: VCard Full Name Does Not Show the Title When the Title and First Name are the Same (287798)

SYMPTOMS

When you create a vCard, if the Title and First name are the same and you save the Contact as a vCard, the full name does not display the Title.

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, type the title and the first name in the First Name field. To do this:
  1. Create a new contact, and then click Full Name.
  2. Leave the Title field blank.
  3. In the First Name field, type the title and first name.
  4. On the File menu, click Save As.
  5. Click vCard files (*.vcf) as the file type.
  6. Save the vCard.
  7. Open the vCard to verify that your changes were saved.
