When you click the Delegates tab, you may receive the following error message:
The Delegates page is not available. Unable to access Outlook folder. The client operation failed.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur because you are attempting to access the Delegates tab while you are offline.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, start Outlook and connect to your network, and then click the Delegates tab.
