This article was previously published under Q287492
Novice: Requires knowledge of the user interface on single-user computers.

This article applies to a Microsoft Access database (.mdb) and to a Microsoft Access project (.adp).

SYMPTOMS

If you print or print preview a form that contains a subform in PivotChart or PivotTable view, and the form is wider than either 8.5 inches (if no printer is installed) or the maximum possible width of your currently installed printer, the subform PivotChart or PivotTable is truncated.

CAUSE

Pivot charts do not respect page boundaries when you print a form or view a form in print preview.

RESOLUTION

Change the width of the form in Design view so that the form width is less than the page width required for the installed printer. If no printer is currently installed, change the width of the form in Design view so that the form is less than 8.5 inches wide.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
