XADM: Setup Fails with Error c00706ab: "Network Address Is Invalid" (285692)

This issue may occur if the Schema Master Server object is no longer valid (the server has been deleted).
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, run the following command-line utility:
dcdiag /s:dc-server-name /v /test:knowsofroleholders
Verify that the Role Schema Owner is pointing to a valid server and that it is available.
