Clip2002: Unable to Add New Web Collections to Clip Organizer (285608)

SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Clip Organizer, when you click New Collection on the File menu, Web Collections is not an available selection. Additionally, there is no topic in Clip Organizer Help about creating a new Web collection.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs because, at present, Clip Organizer does not have the capability to create new Web collections.
