Clip2002: Images Appear Blurry in Clip Organizer Preview (285602)

SYMPTOMS

When you preview an imported clip in the Microsoft Clip Organizer, the preview image appears blurry.

CAUSE

The dimensions of the actual clip significantly differ from the dimensions of the preview image. Because the image is resized to fit the preview screen, the image is softer and less distinct. It appears that some definition is lost.

RESOLUTION

The preview image does not affect the way that the image is pasted into the Office program. There is no loss of quality.
