SYMPTOMS

When you select a 3D transition style in the PowerPlugs Transitions dialog box, PowerPoint may stop responding.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs with the CrystalGraphics PowerPlugs Transitions add-in for PowerPoint. Version 1.53 and earlier versions of this add-in are not compatible with PowerPoint 2002.
