PRJ2000: Error Message When You Install Microsoft Project on Windows Terminal Server: Error 2733 (285346)

When you attempt to install Microsoft Project 2000 on a Microsoft Windows Terminal Server computer, you may receive the following error message:
Error 2733.
This message may be followed by an error message similar to the following:
Bad foreign key ('[2]') in '[3]' column of the '[4]' table.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if one or both of the following conditions are true:
- An antivirus program is running on your computer.
- You are trying to install Microsoft Project 2000 on a Terminal Server computer by using the Microsoft Office MST file (a transform) rather than the Microsoft Project 2000 transform.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, use one of the following methods, as appropriate to your situation.
Disable or Remove Virus Protection
Completely disable or remove any antivirus program on your computer before you attempt to install Microsoft Project on a Terminal Server computer.
For information about disabling your antivirus program, view the documentation included with the program, or contact your antivirus program manufacturer.
Use the Microsoft Project Transform
To obtain the correct transform file for a Terminal Server-based installation of Microsoft Project 2000, browse to the following Microsoft Web site to download the TermSrvr.mst file from the Microsoft Project 2000 Resource Kit:
