SYMPTOMS
When you open a French Word 95 document in Word 2000, and
the document contains an INFO field, you receive the following error message
when you update the field:
Error! Unknown info keyword.
CAUSE
Some field names are not translated from French to English
correctly. The problem fields include the following.
French field name should be translated to

RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest
service pack for Microsoft Office 2000. For additional information, click the

The English version of this fix (for English Office
+ French language pack) should have the following file attributes or later:
