"Change Directory" Button Is Unavailable During Setup (285101)

SYMPTOMS

When you install Microsoft Mobile Information Server, the Change Directory button may be unavailable. The Change Directory button enables you to specify an installation location for the Mobile Information Server files.

CAUSE

This issue can occur if you choose a component which has not been selected for installation. When you install Mobile Information Server, each component can be installed into its own directory. Therefore, the Change Directory button is only available when a component that you want to install is highlighted in the component selection window.
