XL2002: Unable to Insert Workbook If Open in More Than One Window (282155)

When you attempt to insert a Microsoft Excel workbook into Microsoft Word, you receive the following error message:
The object was created in Excel.
This application is not available to open this object.
Make sure that the application is properly installed and that
it has not been deleted, moved or renamed.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs if you saved your Microsoft Excel workbook when it was open in more than one window.
WORKAROUND
To work around this issue, save your Excel workbook while it is open in only one window, and then insert the workbook again.
