This article was previously published under Q281865 SYMPTOMS When you try to customize the default settings of the
Loan Terms report to include payment splits, you receive the following error
message: There has been an error reading or writing the
file '.' After you click OK, your computer stops
responding, and you receive the following error messages: MSMONEY caused an invalid page fault in module OFDUTIL.DLL
MSMONEY caused an invalid page fault in
module PFCPLAN.DLL CAUSE This problem may occur if you customize the report to
include payment splits without also including payment details or categories. If
you select the Payment splits check box, you must also select
the Payment details or Category check boxes.
RESOLUTION To resolve this problem, click to select either the
Payment details or the Categories check boxes
in the Customize Report dialog box. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
