SYMPTOMS

When you open a non-delivery report (NDR) message and then click Send Again, the Sent Items folder incorrectly shows the message as going again to all of the original recipients, although it actually goes only to those listed in the NDR message.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
