SYMPTOMS

When you accept a meeting request in the Inbox of your PocketPC, the meeting request remains in both the PocketPC Inbox and the Outlook Inbox after synchronization.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs because a meeting request is not automatically removed until you accept it in the Outlook Inbox. This behavior is by design.

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, accept the meeting request in the Outlook Inbox.
