This issue can occur if the wireless device that is personalized for the user does not use a Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) browser; this device is a text-only phone. In the following scenario, two devices are configured and personalized for wireless mobility. One device is defined as an "ATT Mitsubishi T250" device which is a browser phone, and the other device is defined as a "GSM Text Messaging Phone" which is a text-only phone. The configuration information for the Mitsubishi T250 device defines that phone as one that has a browser and can access Outlook Mobile Access. However, the GSM Text Messaging Phone only supports Short Message Service text messaging.
