SYMPTOMS

When you use voice commands to switch between the Large Icons, Lists, and Details views of the templates in the Templates dialog box, the status of the buttons that correspond to those commands does not change to reflect the template view that you select.

For example, when you use a voice command to select the Details view (by saying "details"), the Details button is not selected.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
