SYMPTOMS

When you click Paste All in the Office Clipboard to paste multiple entries in your document, and then you click Undo on the Edit menu, not all of the items pasted are undone. Only the most recent item pasted from the Clipboard (the last item in the Clipboard list) is undone.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, follow these steps:
  1. On the Standard toolbar, click the arrow next to Undo.
The Office program displays a list of the most recent actions you can undo.
  2. Click the action you want to undo. If you don't see the action, scroll through the list.
When you undo an action, you also undo all actions above it in the list. Tip: If you later decide you didn't want to undo an action, click Redo on the Standard toolbar.

STATUS
