ENT2001: Moving Appointments Hangs Computer If Quicken 2001 Is Running (280057)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to move a recurring appointment in the Entourage Calendar, the computer may stop responding (hang).

CAUSE

This problem can occur if Quicken 2001 and Entourage are running at the same time.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, quit Quicken when you run Entourage. To quit Quicken, switch to Quicken by using the Macintosh Application menu, and then click Quit on the File menu.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
