Clip2002: Cannot Drag Items from Clip Organizer Window (279480)

When you try to drag a clip thumbnail onto a slide from the Microsoft Clip Organizer window, the clip does not appear on the slide or notes page in PowerPoint. No clip or other object is selected, and you do not see the drag-and-drop pointer.
If a different clip had been selected before you tried to drag the thumbnail, the clip that had been selected is reselected in Clip Organizer.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, click the clip once to make sure it is selected, before you attempt to drag it.
You can also paste the clip by following these steps:
- Right-click the clip, and then click Copy on the shortcut menu.
- Click the Microsoft PowerPoint icon in the taskbar to switch to PowerPoint.
- Right-click the slide, and then click Paste on the shortcut menu.
The clip appears on the slide.
