MSI Package Is Listed as Intel and Alpha in Data from the Resultant Set of Policy Wizard (279241)

When you build an MSI package, if you do not specifically state the architecture as Intel, it is published as both Intel and Alpha, which results in the return of data as Intel and Alpha from the Resultant Set of Policy (RSoP) Wizard.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because RSoP returns the data that is found in Active Directory. If you view the computer Architecture attribute of the directory service object for the MSI package, you see the following entry:
computerArchitecture=335557714;1282
Each integer represents a different architecture that is supported by the package. For the first integer, shift it over 24 bits and you get a number "2", which is PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_ALPHA. If you shift the second integer 24 bits, you get "0", which is PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_INTEL.
