OL2002: No E-mail Types Assigned to PAB Addresses After Import from Outlook Express (278081)

SYMPTOMS

When you import a Netscape address book from Netscape Messenger to Outlook Express 4.x and then upgrade to Outlook Express 5.x, and you then install Outlook 2002 and import the Outlook Express addresses into a Personal Address Book (PAB), the e-mail entries you import into the PAB do not have an e-mail type assigned. When you attempt to send mail to the imported addresses in the PAB, you receive a non-delivery report (NDR).
