OL2002: Font Size Changes Are Inconsistent in Your Inbox (278051)

SYMPTOMS

When you customize the font size of rows in your Inbox, some messages appear with a different font than you the one that you selected.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs because your conditional formatting colors are overriding the font changes that you made.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, use the following steps to verify your conditional formatting settings:
  1. On the View menu, point to Current View, and then click Customize Current View.
  2. Click Automatic Formatting.
  3. Review the formatting rules. These rules override other font settings.

  1. On the View menu, point to Current View, and then click Customize Current View.
  2. Click Other Settings, and then click Font under Rows.
  3. Select the appropriate font, and then click OK twice.
