OL2000: The 'To' Field Is Blank When You Send an Item Offline from an OST (277841)

When you view an encrypted message from the Sent Items folder in Outlook 2000, you may have a blank To field. The Sent Item folder may also display a blank in the "To" column of the message.
CAUSE
This problem occurs when an encrypted message is composed and sent offline while you are using an offline folders (.ost) file. Because of a program error, the To field is blank even though the message is delivered to the recipient.
RESOLUTION
This problem is corrected in the following two patch files: |
